Program Overview
By minoring in human resource management and diversity studies, you will learn about the legal, operational, and social responsibilities of HR managers, with particular focus on multicultural perspectives. You will learn how HR functions support employees and businesses. As an interdisciplinary minor with a specific emphasis on multicultural perspectives, this program requires courses across the Business, Sociology, and Psychology departments, with additional offerings across the Judaic Studies, Africana Studies, Puerto Rican and Latinx Studies, and Women’s and Gender Studies departments.
