Students and alumni can request copies of transcripts, verification of enrollment, or verification of conferred degrees. The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) is a federal law regarding the privacy of student records and the institution鈥檚 obligations.

Auditing Classes
Anyone may audit a course provided there is room in the class. Auditing allows you to increase your knowledge by attending courses without receiving either a grade or credit toward a degree. The amount of student participation in an audited course may vary, at the discretion of the instructor, from complete fulfillment of all course requirements to only classroom attendance.
NY State Residency
Students applying for in-state tuition must have resided in New York State, with the intent to stay, for at least one year prior to the first day of class for the semester in which they are applying for a determination.
