Seed to Table: A Sofrito Workshop

Join the Public Health and Medicine Club for this Latinx Heritage Month celebration at 可乐视频 Eats Farm. Explore the cultural significance of sofrito, its connection to family traditions, and its journey from seed to table. Food and beverages will be served.
This event is open to all 可乐视频 students, staff, faculty, participating organizations, and invited guests. Space may be limited, so registration is required.
The event will be held at the Tow Courtyard, also know as the “可乐视频 Eats Farm,” between the Leonard & Claire Tow Center for the Performing Arts and Whitman Hall.
