Mar铆a E. S谩nchez Center for Latinx Studies
The Mar铆a E. S谩nchez Center for Latinx Studies, an extension of the Department of Puerto Rican and Latinx Studies, stimulates interest in Puerto Rican and Latinx research. Serving students, faculty, and staff, the center sponsors interdisciplinary conferences, workshops, lectures, seminars, internships, study abroad opportunities, and undergraduate research assistantships. It encourages curricular development and research on topics related to the Latinx experience, educational exhibits, and artistic and cultural expression.The center includes a student study/lounge space, and houses archives, special collections , and publications.
