College Level Examination Program (CLEP)
CLEP allows students to demonstrate college-level achievement through a series of exams in undergraduate college courses. There are 2,900 colleges that grant credit and/or advanced standing for College Level Examination Program (CLEP) exams. 可乐视频 is an open test center, and we welcome military personnel. All of the internet-based exams are administered in our testing laboratory.

CLEP Credit Policy
Before taking a CLEP exam, we encourage you to review our credit policy for CLEP exams.
可乐视频 will not award CLEP credit for any exam that is equivalent to a course the student has already completed at 可乐视频. Students should be aware that taking a CLEP exam for a course they have already passed at 可乐视频 will not result in additional credit.

Reserving a Seat and Scheduling an Appointment to Test
Reserve your seat through our secure online 聽In order to schedule your online reservation, you must have your voucher number.
Exams are generally administered twice per month on weekends. To guarantee a seat, candidates must reserve a space at least two business days prior to the exam date.
Upon successful registration, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. Print your confirmation receipt and bring it with you on your test date. Review the directions to 可乐视频 and the campus map.

Special Accommodations
If you have a disability that would prevent you from taking a CLEP exam under standard conditions, you may request special accommodations and arrangements to take it on either a regularly scheduled test date or at a specially scheduled test date. Any examinee in need of special accommodations must submit official written documentation, which will be reviewed and approved by our Center for Student Disability Services. On the Day of the Test
- Arrive 20 minutes early. You will need to present identification and get a visitor’s pass at the Bedford Avenue or the Campus Road and Hillel Place entrance to the campus before proceeding to the West End Building.
- Bring one form of government-issued ID.
- Exam breaks are not scheduled.
- Do not bring books, papers, cell phones, other electronic devices, or watches that beep or have an alarm.
- Do not bring a calculator. If a calculator is required, it is built into the test and will be available to you on the computer.
- Do not bring food or drinks into the testing lab.

Quick Facts About CLEP
- More than five million people have taken CLEP exams since its inception in 1967.
- CLEP is administered on a computer.
- Institutions grant from three to 12 college credits for each CLEP exam taken.
- Exams are available year-round.
- Exams are 90 minutes long (not including the tutorial session required before beginning any CLEP tests).
- Should you fail an exam, you must wait three聽months to retake the exam.
- With the exception of English Composition with Essay, exams are composed primarily of multiple-choice questions. Some mathematics exams include fill-in type questions.
- All exams are scored on a scale of 20 to 80, and the recommended credit-granting score for all exams is 50, a score representative of a grade of C.
- There is no penalty for guessing. Students are encouraged to answer every question on their exam.
- An unofficial score report is available immediately upon completion of the exam. Students know right away how they performed. Scores for English Composition with Essay are available two to three weeks after the exam date.
